FOLX Publisher stores only the access credentials of the accounts it publishes to, plus an internal log of what it published. There are two ways to have that removed.
The owner of a connected account can revoke our access at any time in the platform's own settings. On TikTok this is done under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions, by removing FOLX Publisher. Once revoked, the tokens we hold stop working immediately and the Tool can no longer publish to that account.
To have the stored credentials and the publishing history removed from our servers, send a request to:
office@primetime.consulting
Subject: Data deletion — FOLX Publisher
Please state the account concerned (for example the TikTok handle) and confirm that you are entitled to control it, so that we can verify the request.
Postal requests: PRIME TIME Consulting GmbH, Sigmaringer Str. 10, 72379 Hechingen, Germany.
Deletion is carried out within 30 days of a verified request and confirmed to you by e-mail. Entries that we are required to retain by commercial or tax law are restricted from further processing instead of deleted, and removed when that obligation expires.
Deleting our stored data does not remove posts that are already live on the platform, because those are hosted by the platform and not by us. Published posts can be deleted directly in the account, or we will remove them on request.
See also the Privacy Policy for the full description of what is processed and for how long.
